Kumtor Gold Company CJSC announces a vacant position of  Supply specialist (pharmacist) 

Starting from September 26, 2022, a safety marathon has been held at Balykchy Marshalling Yard of the Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) among employees of company aimed to develop a safety culture and increase employee motivation and involvement in occupational health and safety processes.

“Wild Animals” signs appeared at the Kumtor Mine site to warn of the possible appearance of wildlife on the roadway. They are mainly horned cloven-hoofed animals, such as argali and ibex.

On August 23, 2022, by the Order No. 446-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the external management procedure at the Kumtor Gold Company (KGC) was terminated. On the same day, by decisions of the sole KGC shareholder, Kyrgyzaltyn JSC, the Company’s Board of Directors and Management Committee have been formed.

On April 4, 2022, the Global Arrangement Agreement was signed among the Kyrgyz Republic, Kyrgyzaltyn JSC, Centerra Gold Inc. and Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) and Kumtor Operating Company CJSC (KOC), approved by Resolution № 102 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 4, 2022.
