announces a vacant position of

Training and personnel development leading specialist (Bishkek office)

JOB DUTIES: 

• Selection of trainees/interns for various departments of the Company;
• Organization of education and training for the Company’s employees;
• Preparation of work reports for the management on regular basis;
• Arrangment of the electronic database and data archiving;
• Organization and preparation of the necessary documentation for participation in job fairs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in management and/or law area;
• At least 3 years of experience in the training or HR area;
• High efficiency, energy, endurance, diligence, determination, purposefulness, punctuality, stress resistance and sociability;
• Confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office pack;
• Languages:

– Russian – fluent;

– Kyrgyz-Upper Intermediate

– English – Intermediate / Upper Intermediate.
