KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY CJSC ANNOUNCES A REQUEST FOR COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS

«KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY» CJSC (KGC) announces a request for commercial proposals for performance of various services at Kumtor mine site:

– The provision of various services (cleaning, vehicle repair, plumbing repair and other services).

– Performing of welding and other support works.

– Performing of earthworks, such as excavation, planning, filling, backfilling, soil transportation, etc., (using an excavator, bulldozer, vibratory roller, loader, 20, 25-ton dump trucks, etc.).

KGC invites interested organizations and privat entrepreneurs with qualified personnel and a vehicle fleet of their own / leased equipment to submit atechnical and commercial proposal for consideration to the Commission for commercial proposals in a sealed A4 envelope marked Provision of Services /Performing of Works at Kumtor Mine until 05.00 pm, June 11, 2020 inclusive to indicated envelope collection point at one of the addresses: Bishkek, st. Ibraimova 24, KGC Security post at the entrance to the garage on the north side of Uchkun OJSC building complex; Jeti-Oguz district, Tamga village, Information center “Volna”.

KGC reserves the right to accept or reject a received proposal in full or in part and select the most competitive applicants in KGC opinion. KGC intends to split the entire volume of work between several applicants and not assign to one counterparty the entire volume of work. KGC intends to give priority to applicants with the maximum recruited personnel and equipment. KGC, under equal conditions, gives priority to applicants from Jeti-Oguz and Ton districts and Balykchy city. KGC will contact with pre-selected organizations and privat entrepreneurs only. KGC declares its refusal on commitments on compensation for any costs incurred by the applicant as part of this invitation.

Information on personnel and equipment required

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED / TRUCKS (with operators):

• Dump Trucks 25 t
• Front loaders 3 m3
• Bulldozers type B10, B12 or equivalent
• Bulldozers type D8 and D9
• Excavators type CAT 325 or Volvo EC3000L
• Vibro roll 18 t or heavier
• 10-15t tank trucks with 4×6 or 6×6 wheel configuration with suction pumps
• Sewage trucks 10-15t
• Truck with a fuel tank 10-15t
• Container truck (platform)
• Loader truck (picker platform)

At the same time, vehicles of the Ural, ZiL brand are not allowed to work at Kumtor mine.

STAFF REQUIRED:

Work schedule – 11-hour day and night shifts (22 hours a day). Only small-term equipment repairs allowed at Kumtor mine. Equipment downtime due to weather conditions and due to repairs are not paid. Delivery of equipment to the place of work and back is carried out at the expense of the applicant. Transportation of equipment to the place of work and back is also carried out at the expense of the applicant.

KGC OBLIGATIONS:

Providing contractor / performer with fuel for equipment / machinery operating and living conditions, meals for contractor / performer employees at the Kumtor mine.

OFFER’S REQUIREMENTS:

It is required to reflect information in technical and commercial proposal on:

• company or private entrepreneur (copies of registration certificate, charter, available permits and licenses, parameters of the taxpayer’s activity characteristics, list of business partners with a brief summary of the work performed and recommendations);
• equipment used (type, quantity, registration documents, history of maintenance, photographs), including backup equipment;
• active personnel, employees and engineers with a description of their work experience;
• head office of the company, the main and regional bases of the company;
• proposed price for the actually rendered services / work performed, calculated on an all-inclusive basis (all applicable taxes and mandatory contributions, mobilization and demobilization of equipment, amortization of equipment, permanent work of foreman and mechanic, maintenance of a foreman’s car, provision of personal protective equipment, travel expenses and various allowances, sick leave, overhead, profit, and so on) for an 11-hour shift;
• additional conditions that the applicant considers necessary.

All companies send their resumes and proposals at their own discretion and at their own expense, and accept all conditions of KGC. Claims for any costs incurred not acceptable. Trips to the mine not included.
