REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF A TWIN-SHAFT SHREDDER FOR CRUSHING PLASTIC BOTTLES

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 17:00 on May 29, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company, a closed joint-stock company, invites you to participate in a request for quotations for the supply of a twin-shaft shredder for crushing plastic bottles.

Lot No. 1 – Twin-shaft shredder for crushing plastic bottles

Documentation and technical requirements are provided in terms of reference.

Submission format: Commercial proposals and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and contractual obligations.

Documents must be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price table must be duplicated in .xlsx format).

The signatory’s authority must be confirmed by the power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants must submit an application in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send it electronically to Plastic.shredder2026@kumtor.kg  by 5:00 PM on May 29, 2026. Commercial proposals received via other email addresses will not be considered.

When submitting your proposal, please do not copy Gulgiza.Masimova@kumtor.kg; this email address is for questions and clarifications only.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please specify the maximum period).
Evaluation criteria: Proposal with the lowest cost and optimal delivery deadlines, complying with the technical specifications, will be considered successful.
Send your proposal with the subject “Shredder” to the email address Plastic.shredder2026@kumtor.kg  no later than 17:00 on May 29, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
All questions regarding this selection procedure shall be directed via email to: Gulgiza.Masimova@kumtor.kg.
Any requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted at least 2 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
