QUOTATIONS FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR IBIS-FM AND IBIS ARCSAR GEORADAR SYSTEMS MANUFACTURED BY IDS GEORADAR

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: no later than 10:00 am (Bishkek time) on September 16, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to submit Quotations for technical support services for IBIS-FM and IBIS ArcSAR georadar systems manufactured by IDS GeoRadar.

Submission format: Application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations. Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format. Signatory authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals: Bid Participants shall submit their applications in Russian in accordance with the Bidding requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to

[email protected] no later than 10:00 am (Bishkek time) on September 16, 2026.

 Commercial proposals received after the deadline or sent to any other email address will not be considered.
Application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Service completion deadlines.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 40 calendar days).

∙ Documents: Certificates and dealer authorization documents (if applicable).
Commercial Proposals shall be sent to [email protected] no later than 10:00 am (Bishkek time) on September 16, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Each Bid Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 40 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.

Any requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
