Kumtor’s Mine Engineering Department Assists Boarding School No.71 and Senior Nursing Home of Bishkek

Employees of Kumtor’s Mine Engineering Department provided material assistance to the boarding school No.71 of Bishkek. They have raised funds and purchased four sets of professional hairdresser’s equipment and a 25 sq. meter wrestling mat. Director of the boarding school Rustam Atayev thanked Kumtor employees for their help. Now boarding school graduates will be able to get the hairdresser’s certificates along with the school diploma. The event was followed by a tea-party with sweets for the boarding school fosterlings, who, in turn, gave a concert for Kumtor employees. This educational institution is currently home to more than 200 orphaned children aged from 7 to 16.

In addition, employees of Kumtor’s Mine Engineering Department jointly with “Elim Barsynby?” Public Charity Foundation have organized a festive board for residents of the senior nursing home of Bishkek. The event was followed by a small concert and gifts giving.
