SOUS-CHEF

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Permanent monitoring of compliance with food preparation technology and public catering standards, control observance of sanitary requirements and personal hygiene rules by employees;
  • Organization and coordination of the cooks and kitchen staff work;
  • Calculating the required quantity and ordering products;
  • Performing work in accordance with the labor protection, safety measures and operating instructions rules and provisions.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Secondary special education;
  • Knowledge and compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards as well as food safety requirements;
  • Fit to work at high altitude conditions;
  • Compliance with the labor protection, industrial hygiene, fire safety rules;
  • Teamwork skills.
