REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (R29419) FOR THE SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS AS PER THE ATTACHMENTS (INSTRUMENTATION – E&H, FASTENERS, ELECTRIC MOTORS, GEARBOX, COUPLING, CABLES AND MISC)

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: no later than 10:00 am (by Bishkek time) 13th of November, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations (R29419) for the supply of spare parts as per the attachments (Instrumentation – E&H, fasteners, electric motors, gearbox, coupling, cables and misc).

Submission format: The application for participation, commercial proposals and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be duplicated in .Excell format).

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications for participation in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to [email protected] no later than 10:00 am (by Bishkek time) 13th of November, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Request for Quotations.

Lots are divisible.

Commercial Proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Lot and stock number.

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please indicate the maximum period).

– Local companies submit quotations only in som (KGS).

– Foreign companies submit quotations only in dollars or euros.

– Russian companies are permitted to submit quotations in rubles.

– Kazakh companies are permitted to submit quotations in tenge.

If the Participant requests an advance payment, the Customer reserves the right to require a bank guarantee for the advance payment and a bank guarantee for the performance of the contract.

Lot 1 – Fasteners. Quality certificates must be provided, if available.

Lot 2 – El. Motors. Technical documentation (drawing and parameter specifications list) must be provided for electric motors.

Lot 6 – Cables.  Manufacturer must be specified (if the bid is not submitted by the manufacturer), and a valid CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certificate of conformity must be provided.

Evaluation criteria: A proposal that meets the technical requirements and offers the lowest price and the most favorable delivery schedule will be deemed to have passed the selection process.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.

If the Customer has not previously worked with the supplier that submitted the most favorable proposal, the Customer has the right to request that the supplier complete additional forms and provide articles of incorporation and accounting documentation for the purpose of accreditation in accordance with company policy.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
