DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 10:00 am (by Bishkek time) on July 27th, 2026.

CJSC «Kumtor Gold Company» hereby invites you to participate in the Request for Quotation for the supply of spare parts, components and consumables for industrial equipment; filters for lubrication and fuel systems; pressure gauges; spare parts and consumables for cyanide analyzers; industrial hoses and components for fluid transfer systems.

Submission format: The application for participation, commercial proposals and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be duplicated in .xlsx format).

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications for participation in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to  Spareparts.Alina@kumtor.kg no later than 10:00 am (by Bishkek time) on July 27th, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Request for Quotations.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please indicate the maximum period).

Evaluation criteria: The proposal that complies with the technical requirements, offers the lowest price, and provides optimal delivery terms will be considered successful.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The commercial proposal must be issued on the company’s official letterhead, addressed to CJSC “Kumtor Gold Company”, signed by an authorized representative, and stamped with the company’s official seal.
For the convenience of the RFQ participants, the items have been grouped into 6 lots by category.

The lots are divisible by individual line items. Participants may submit quotations for one, several, or all lots.

Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2 – Spare parts, components, and consumables for industrial equipment;

Lot No. 3 – Filters for lubrication and fuel systems;

Lot No. 4 – Pressure gauges;

Lot No. 5 – Spare parts and consumables for cyanide analyzers;

Lot No. 6 –Industrial Hoses and Components for Fluid Transfer Systems.

Participants shall submit separate commercial quotations for each lot, clearly indicating the Lot Number and our internal stock number (Item Code / Stock Number).

If an alternative part number is proposed, please also provide the technical specification (datasheet) of the offered equivalent to confirm its compliance with the required technical specifications.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.

Any requests for clarification of the selection terms shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
