REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF TURBOCHARGERS FOR TOYOTA BRAND PASSENGER AND CARGO VEHICLES FOR KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY CJSC, KUMTOR MINE

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in a request for quotations for the supply of turbochargers for Toyota brand passenger and cargo vehicles for Kumtor Gold Company CJSC, Kumtor mine.

Submission format:

 

 The application and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and assume contractual obligations. The documents must be stamped and submitted in PDF format and also in Excel. The signatory’s authority must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

 Bidders must submit a commercial offer electronically to: turbo_parts@kumtor.kg by 12:00 p.m., May 12, 2026.

The list of spare parts to be purchased is attached.
The application for participation must include the following documents: A letter confirming interest in participation;

Commercial offer.
Evaluation criteria: The proposal offering the lowest price and optimal delivery timeframes will be deemed successful.
Proposals with the subject line: “Toyota_turbo” should be sent to: turbo_parts@kumtor.kg by 12:00 p.m., May 12, 2026
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the respective participants.
The commercial proposal must be submitted on the company’s official letterhead.
Proposals submitted by participants after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the participant thereby agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one proposal.

The proposal validity period must be at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to proposals are allowed during the proposal validity period.
The participant that is successful in the selection process must, before signing the contract, provide a performance security in the amount of 2% of the proposal value.
In the event of an advance payment, the winning company must provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment in an amount not less than the advance payment amount, confirmed via the SWIFT system by the procuring organization’s bank.
