REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SONEL C-8 CURRENT CLAMPS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: by 1:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in a request for quotations for the supply of SONEL C-8 current clamps.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and assume obligations under the Agreement. The documents shall be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table shall also be provided in .xlsx format).
Proposal submission procedure

 

 Selection participants shall submit an application for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to

clamp.measuring@kumtor.kg by 1:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026.

The list of goods to be procured is attached to this tender documentation.
The application for participation shall contain the following documents: Commercial proposal specifying:

∙ Delivery schedule

∙ Delivery terms

∙ Payment terms

∙ Validity period of the commercial proposal (please indicate the maximum period)
Evaluation criteria: The proposal offering the lowest price and optimum delivery schedule will be selected.
Please send your proposal with the subject line “clamp.measuring” to clamp.measuring@kumtor.kg by 1:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the selection process at any time before the Agreement is awarded, without incurring any liability to the respective participants.
The commercial proposal shall be issued on official letterhead.
Commercial proposals submitted by selection participants after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the participant thereby agrees to all conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each selection participant may submit only one commercial proposal.

The commercial proposal shall remain valid for at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to commercial proposals are permitted during the validity period of the tender proposal.

If an advance payment is applicable, the winning company shall provide an advance payment bank guarantee in an amount not less than the advance payment.

The bank guarantee shall be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic.

All costs associated with advising bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.
Requests for clarification of the selection terms shall be submitted no later than 3 calendar days before the final deadline for proposal submission.
