REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY OF WELDING EQUIPMENT, WELDING MATERIALS, SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES, SHOP EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS HARDWARE AND TOOLS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 5:00 pm on July 16, 2026.


Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of welding equipment, welding materials, spare parts and consumables, shop equipment, as well as hardware and tools.

Main items to be purchased include:

  • RILAND Welding Machine Repair Kit.
  • RILAND ARC 315 GTS Welding Machine.
  • Castolin 192 FBK Brazing Alloy.
  • FS19594 Fuel Filter.
  • Fuel/Water Separator, P/N 15831-43353.
  • ELLIPSE Filter Element, P/N 49702.
  • Mini Series Line Strainer, 1/2″ FNPT connection (STRAINER, LINE 0.500 FNPT MINI SERIES), P/N 239.5292, for industrial equipment and process systems.
  • ELLIPSE Element, P/N 49593, for Ingersoll Rand Compressor Equipment.
  • LED Light, P/N PN3CHERN.
  • Spare Parts for Shop Equipment, including parts for a boring portable machine and radio control components.
  • Specialized tools and hardware (Hardware and Tools), including hub nut wrenches and tools for servicing CAT hydraulic systems.
Submission format: Application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be provided in .xlsx format).

Signatory authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.

Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

Bid Participants shall submit their applications in Russian or English in accordance with the Bidding requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to Quotes2026@kumtor.kg no later than 5:00 pm on July 16, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Bidding documentation.

Application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please specify the maximum period).

Evaluation criteria: Proposal with the lowest cost and optimal delivery deadlines will be considered successful.
Proposals with “Welding Equipment, Spare Parts and Consumables” in the subject line shall be sent to the email address Quotes2026@kumtor.kg no later than 5:00 pm on July 16, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Bid Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Participant can submit only one Bid Proposal.

Validity period of the Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Bid Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the proposal.

Before signing the Agreement, the selected Participant shall submit a declaration guaranteeing the performance of the Agreement.
In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is required to provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment in an amount not less than the amount of the advance payment.

The bank guarantee shall be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic.

All expenses related to the advising of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.
