REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND CONSUMABLES FOR TOYOTA AND KAMAZ PASSENGER AND CARGO VEHICLES FOR KUMTOR GOLD MINE, OPERATED BY KGC

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 12:00 pm on May 19, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of original spare parts, components, and consumables for Toyota and Kamaz passenger and cargo vehicles for Kumtor Gold Mine, operated by KGC.

Submission format: Application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations. Documents shall be sealed and submitted in both PDF and Excel formats. Signatory authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Bid Participants shall submit their Commercial Proposals electronically to parts_toyota_kamaz2026@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 pm on May 19, 2026.

The list of spare parts to be purchased is attached.
Application for participation shall include the following documents: Letter confirming interest in participation.

Commercial proposal.
Evaluation criteria: Proposal with the lowest cost and optimal delivery deadlines will be considered successful.
Proposals with “Toyota and Kamaz original spare parts” in the subject line shall be sent to the email address parts_toyota_kamaz2026@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 pm on May 19, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Bid Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Bid Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Participant can submit only one Bid Proposal.

Validity period of the Bid Proposal shall be at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to Bid Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the proposal.
The Successful Participant is required to provide a performance guarantee in the amount of 2% of the Proposal Cost prior to signing the Agreement.
In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is required to provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment amount not less than the advance payment amount confirmed by the purchasing organization’s bank via the SWIFT system.
