DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 29 April 2026, 13:00 Bishkek time.

CJSC “Kumtor Gold Company” invites you to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of compression PVC products, fasteners, pipeline products, rolled metal products, hardware items, and water meters as described in the attached file.

Submission format:

 

 The participation application and other documents must be signed by an authorized person authorized to sign the application and undertake contractual obligations (power of attorney). Documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table should also be provided in xlsx format).
Procedure for submitting quotations

 

 Bidders must submit a participation application in Russian or English in accordance with the RFQ requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and email them to: raznoe-zapros2026@kumtor.kg (do not copy any other recipients), no later than 29 April 2026, 13:00 Bishkek time. Submissions sent with other recipients copied, as well as submissions sent after 13:00 on 29 April 2026 (Bishkek time), will not be considered.

The list of goods to be procured is attached to this documentation.
  The Commercial Proposal (CP) must be valid for at least 4 weeks from the CP submission date and must include:

– date and outgoing reference number

– prices

– delivery deadline

– delivery terms DAP/DDP – Balykchy, 9 Naryn Highway.

– CP validity period

– company seal and signature of an authorized representative
Lot The lot is divisible.
Required scanned copies of incorporation documents:

 

 1. For legal entities — Articles of Association (Charter)

2. State registration (or re-registration) certificate

3. Tax registration certificate

4. Certificate from the tax authorities confirming no outstanding tax and Social Fund liabilities

5. Complete the questionnaire (Appendix No. 2) and the supplier vendor form (bank details) (Excel) attached (Appendix No. 3).

6. Authorization documents for the person signing contracts on behalf of the organization (order, power of attorney, etc.)

7. Provide at least two similar contracts for the supply of comparable goods, for a total amount not less than the value of your quotation, concluded within the last year.
Evaluation criteria:

 

 The successful bidder will be the participant whose Commercial Proposal strictly meets the description requirements and has the lowest evaluated cost.
The Customer has the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to cancel the RFQ process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the participants that submitted their Commercial Proposals.
The Commercial Proposal must be submitted on the participant’s official letterhead.
By submitting its quotation, the participant thereby confirms its agreement with all terms and conditions stated in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Amendments to Commercial Proposals are not allowed during the Commercial Proposal validity period.
In case an advance payment is provided, the Supplier must provide a bank guarantee in the amount of the advance payment.
