REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF TOOLS IN ACCORDANCE WITH REQUEST 29375

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: until 15:00 on September 30, 2026.

The “Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites Your company to participate in the request for quotation for the supply of tools in accordance with request 29375.

A full description of each item, including part numbers and quantity, is provided in the Appendix R29375.

Format and procedure for submitting a proposal:

The commercial proposal must be drawn up on the Company’s letterhead, signed by an authorized person, sealed and submitted in PDF format.

A commercial proposal must contain:

– Price

– Delivery times

– Delivery Terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the commercial offer (specify the maximum period)

– Date and document outgoing number

Evaluation criteria: the winning bidder will be the participant offering the best combination of price, quality, delivery time, and delivery terms.

Commercial proposals submitted after the established deadline will not be accepted or reviewed.

Residents must submit their commercial proposal in the national currency, without any linkage to or adjustment based on a foreign exchange rate.

Non-residents are entitled to submit their commercial proposal in any currency of their choice.
