REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRODES AND WIRE DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED FILE

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 1:00 pm (Bishkek time) on July 27, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) the supply of electrodes and wire described in the attached file.

Submission format: Application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations. Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be provided in .xlsx format).
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Bid Participants shall:

1) If the Supplier has not previously supplied Goods to Kumtor Gold Company CJSC, it is required to undergo qualification and accreditation. Link to the documents: https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/informacziya-dlya-postavshhikov/.https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/informacziya-dlya-postavshhikov/

Participants shall submit their applications in Russian or English in accordance with the Bidding requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to: electrodes.rfq@kumtor.kg (do not include any recipients in the CC field!), no later than 1:00 pm (Bishkek time) on July 27, 2026. Applications with other recipients in CC or submitted later than 1:00 pm (Bishkek time) on July 27, 2026, will not be considered.

The list of Goods to be purchased is attached to this documentation.
Commercial Proposal submitted for participation in the supplier selection process shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal (CP) shall be valid for a minimum of 4 weeks from the submission date and include the following:

–          Date and reference number.

–          Price.

–          Delivery deadlines.

–          Delivery terms: DAP/DDP – 9 Naryn Highway, Balykchy/ 24/1 Ibraimov str., Bishkek.

–          Validity period of the Commercial Proposal: not less than 30 days.

–          Seal and signature of the organization’s authorized representative.
Lot Divisible lot.
Evaluation criteria:

 

 The winner shall be the Participant who has provided at least two completed similar agreements with a total value equal to or exceeding the amount of its Proposal, and who has submitted its Commercial Proposal that complies with the technical specifications of the Goods, has the lowest estimated cost, and offers the most favorable delivery terms.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the request process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants who submitted Commercial Proposals.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on Participant’s official letterhead.
By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Bid Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
KGC shall reserve the right to request that the selected Successful Bidder provide the Agreement Performance Security. Prior to signing the Agreement, the Successful Bidder shall provide Performance Security in the amount not less than 10% (ten percent) of the Total Agreement Cost by transferring the requested funds to KGC’s bank account.

If an advance payment is made for the supplied Goods, the Supplier shall provide a bank guarantee in the amount not less than the advance payment amount.

The bank guarantee shall be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic.

All expenses related to the advising of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.

In case of an advance payment, the Supplier shall provide a bank guarantee covering the amount of the advance payment.
