PRE-QUALIFICATION SELECTION OF SUPPLIERS SPECIALIZING IN THE SUPPLY OF INSTRUMENTATION EQUIPMENT AND PARTS MANUFACTURED BY ENDRESS+HAUSER  (FLOWMETERS, PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS, TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS ETC.,) WITH A VIEW TO CONCLUDING A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (hereinafter referred to as KGC) invites you to participate in the pre-qualification selection of suppliers specializing in the supply of instrumentation equipment and parts manufactured by Endress+Hauser  (Flowmeters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters etc.,) with a view to concluding a framework agreement.

Basic requirements for submitting qualification documents:

1. Documents shall be submitted as an archive with PDF format files in it.
2. Documents shall be sent to the specified email address  EH_parts_acc_2026@kumtor.kg
3. Please note that one email shall not exceed 25 MB (as a one archive file – ZIP, RAR).

Required documents to be submitted:

For residents of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Completed copy of the questionnaire (Form №1 attached to this pre-qualification).
2. Completed form for opening and changing supplier details (Form №2 attached to this pre-qualification).
3. A list of similar deliveries of goods to other sites (required: attach copies of supporting documents—at least three years for the delivered goods).
4. Copy of the Charter with all amendments and additions (if any), certified by signature of the head or an official authorized by the head, as well as copy of the Resolution of the general meeting of participants or the sole participant on approval of this Charter.
5. Copy of the Certificate of State Registration (re-registration) of a legal entity certified by the Participant.
6. Copy of the Certificate of State Registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur/ copy of the Patent (voluntary or mandatory) for the relevant type of activity (valid as of the date of submission), as well as copy of the Passport/ID card.
7. For legal entities: information on the absence of debts on tax payments and insurance contributions to the budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. Scanned copies of the original balance sheet with all appendices, stamped and signed by the organization or scanned copy of the original for two (2) previous calendar years or Unified Tax Declaration.
9. Certificate of registration with tax authorities.
10. Permitting documents (licenses, permits, certificates) for types of activities.
11. Copy of documents confirming the authority of the head, certified by the Participant (order on appointment of the head, extract from the minutes of the meeting of participants on appointment of the head, decision of the sole participant of the legal entity). If another person acts on behalf of the Participant – a duly certified copy of such power of attorney for the person authorized to sign contracts and other documents.

For non-residents (participants from other countries):

1. Completed copy of the questionnaire (Form №1 attached to this pre-qualification).
2. Completed form for opening and changing supplier details (Form №2 attached to this pre-qualification).
3. A list of similar deliveries of goods to other sites (required: attach copies of supporting documents—at least for three years for the delivered goods).

5. Scanned copies of the original balance sheet with all appendices, stamped and signed by the organization or scanned copy of the original for two (2) previous calendar years.
6. Permitting documents (licenses, permits) for types of activities.
7. Copy of documents confirming the authority of the head, certified by the Participant (order on appointment of the head, extract from the minutes of the meeting of participants on appointment of the head, decision of the sole participant of the legal entity). If another person acts on behalf of the Participant – a duly certified copy of such power of attorney for the person authorized to sign contracts and other documents.

Note: 

An indicative list of components that the customer will request from potential pre-qualification candidates, if a framework agreement is concluded, is attached to pre-qualification.

Kumtor Gold Company does not have any detailed technical drawings or specifications for the components requested. The participant in the selection process must subsequently possess all of the above information and must guarantee that the components being procured are identical to those already installed.

In the event that a framework agreemnt is concluded based on the selection results, and in the absence of technical and commercial proposals in response to requests, the Kumtor Gold Company reserves the right not to issue further requests.

Such requests shall be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to the deadline for submitting qualification documents. Responses will be sent to the requesting supplier via the e-mail address from which the request was received, within three (3) calendar days from the date the request was received.

The Client may extend the deadline for submitting qualification documents if any amendments have been made to this Invitation. In such a case, the Client shall notify participants by posting the relevant information on the official website: https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/, where the announcement regarding this pre-qualification selection was originally posted.
