SUPPLY OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND CONSUMABLES FOR HYUNDAI EQUIPMENT THROUGH A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 12:00 on June 24, 2026.

The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC hereby invites interested parties to participate in a tender for the supply of original spare parts, components, and consumables for Hyundai equipment through a request for quotations.

Submission format:

 

 The application for participation and all accompanying documents shall be signed by a person duly authorized to sign the application and assume contractual obligations.

The documents shall be stamped and submitted in PDF format. The price schedule shall also be provided in .xlsx format.

The authority of the signatory shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant supporting documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

 Tender participants shall apply for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and submit them electronically to hyundai_parts26@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 on June 24, 2026.

Tender proposals received at any email address other than the one specified above shall not be considered.

The list of goods to be procured is attached hereto as part of this tender documentation.
The application for participation shall include the following documents:

 

 A commercial proposal specifying the following:

∙ Delivery terms

∙ Delivery conditions

∙ Payment terms

∙ Validity period of the commercial proposal (please specify the maximum period)
Evaluation criteria:

 

 The proposal offering the lowest price and the most optimal delivery terms shall be deemed to have passed the selection process.
Proposals with the subject line “Hyundai” shall be sent to hyundai_parts26@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 on June 24, 2026.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to contract award without incurring any obligations to the respective participants.
The commercial proposal shall be submitted on the participant’s official letterhead.
Tender proposals submitted by participants after the specified deadline shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the participant confirms its acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in the Company’s requirements.

Each selection participant may submit only one tender proposal.

The tender proposal shall remain valid for at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to tender proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the tender proposal.
Prior to signing the contract, the selected participant shall provide a declaration guaranteeing contract performance.
In the event of an advance payment, the winning company shall provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment in an amount not less than the amount of such advance payment.

The bank guarantee shall be advised through a correspondent bank located in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

All costs associated with the advising of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.

Requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted no later than 3 calendar days prior to the final deadline for submission of proposals.
