LUBRICANT SUPPLY FOR HEAVY MACHINERY MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT (HMMD)

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS: 11:00 AM, March 17, 2025.

JSC “Kumtor Gold Company” (hereinafter referred to as “KGC”) invites you to participate in an open tender for the supply of lubricants for the heavy machinery maintenance department (HMMD) in accordance with the Technical Assignment.

Main requirements for submitting commercial proposals:

1. The commercial proposal must be signed by an authorized person and sealed.
2. Documents must be submitted in PDF format.
3. The authority of the signer must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of documents confirming their authority.
4. Proposals must be sent to the email address oil-tott2025@kumtor.kg. Please note that the size of one email should not exceed 25MB.

Required documents for the commercial proposal package:

For residents of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Scanned copies of certificates confirming the absence of tax and social insurance debts (STI, Social Fund).
2. Scanned copy of the certificate of state registration or re-registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Scanned copy of the Charter.
4. Scanned copy of the valid certificate (declaration) of conformity.
5. Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the person to sign the documents.
6. Scanned copy of the financial balance for 2023 and the first half of 2024, certified by the authorized body, as well as the EDD.
7. Certificate of the absence of tax and fee arrears.

For non-residents (participants from other countries):

1. A letter confirming the interest in participation.
2. A commercial proposal according to the technical assignment.
3. Detailed information about the company.
4. Scanned copies of registration and founding documents of the bidding participant.

Important information:

• The price of the products specified in the proposal should include all expenses, including delivery (DAP Balykchy), taxes, customs duties, fees, and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• Each participant may submit only one commercial proposal.
• Proposals submitted after the deadline, as well as incomplete proposals, will not be considered.
• Changes to proposals after the submission deadline are not allowed.
• Preference will be given to manufacturers.
