REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT, LABORATORY CONSUMABLES AND REAGENTS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 17:00 (Bishkek time) on July 10, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in the request for quotations for the supply of laboratory equipment, laboratory consumables and reagents.

List of Goods:

 

 1.      Laboratory Equipment – 4 lots (divisible lots)

2.      Laboratory Materials and Consumables – 28 lots (divisible lots)

3.      Reagents and Standards – 15 lots (divisible lots)
Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and contractual obligations. Documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format.
Procedure for submitting proposals If the bidders have not previously supplied goods to Kumtor Gold Company CJSC, they must:

1.      Complete qualification and accreditation.

2.      Submit an application for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to the following email address: bek.myktybekuulu@kumtor.kg no later than 17:00 (Bishkek time) on July 10, 2026.
The application for participation must contain the following documents: The commercial proposal submitted for participation in the supplier selection must contain:

·          Product name;

·          Technical description (with photos);

·          Price including all taxes and delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;

·          Delivery terms

·          Delivery conditions

·          Payment terms

·          Validity period of the commercial offer – not less than 30 calendar days from the submission date.
Evaluation criteria: The winning supplier will be the one whose proposal meets the customer’s quality requirements and offers the lowest price.
Proposals must be sent to: bek.myktybekuulu@kumtor.kg no later than 17:00 (Bishkek time) on July 10, 2026.
The commercial proposal must be on official letterhead.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to the participants.
Late proposals will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting a proposal, the Participant confirms acceptance of all requirements specified by the Company.

Each participant may submit only one commercial proposal.

The validity of the commercial proposal must be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to the commercial proposals are allowed during the validity period.

Requests for clarification must be submitted at least 2 calendar days before the proposal submission deadline.
