THE PROVISION OF SERVICES OF IMPLEMENTING OF ERP SYSTEM FOR KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY CJSC

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to take part in the request for a quotes for the provision of services of implementing of ERP system for Kumtor Gold Company CJSC.

Subject of procurement Provision of ERP system implementation services
Terms of reference: The Terms of Reference are given in Appendix No 1, which is an integral part of this request for quotations.
Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and obligations under the contract.

Documents must be sealed and submitted in PDF format. (Duplicate the price table in .xlsx format).

The authority of the signatory must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

 Participants must submit an application for participation in Russian in accordance with the selection requirements, attach the necessary copies of documents and send them electronically to [email protected] email address  by 14:00 on November 9, 2026.

Commercial proposals received by other mail will not be considered.

The participant must provide a commercial proposal taking into account the full scope of work on the implementation of the ERP system provided for by the Terms of Reference and appendices thereto, indicating the cost of software and implementation services.
The application for participation must contain the following documents: Commercial offer taking into account:

• Plan and stages of implementation of the ERP system

• Deadlines for the completion of work

• List of reporting materials and work results

∙ Payment terms

• Validity period of the commercial offer (at least 30 calendar days, maximum possible)

• Confirmation of readiness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before obtaining access to the Company’s documentation
Requirements for goods supplied, work performed, services rendered Implementation of an ERP system to automate and integrate the Company’s key business processes in accordance with the Terms of Reference and its annexes. The solution must be hosted on the Customer’s servers (On-Premise). The work includes setting up the system, migrating the necessary data, testing and training users.

Based on the results of the work, the Contractor transfers the implemented ERP system and the documentation provided for by the Terms of Reference.

Acceptance is carried out based on the results of tests for compliance with the Terms of Reference and agreed technical specifications. Stages of work and acceptance tests are determined by the project implementation plan; the terms of technical support are agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract.
Currency:
Residents must provide a commercial offer in national currency, without reference to the foreign currency exchange rate.Non-residents have the right to provide a commercial offer in any currency.
Evaluation criteria: Preference will be given to a participant whose proposal meets the requirements of the ToR, has relevant experience in implementing ERP systems, has qualified specialists and offers the most optimal conditions.
A proposal indicating the topic: “Commercial offer for the implementation of an ERP system” should be sent to [email protected] e-mail  no later than 14:00 on November 9, 2026.
The Customer shall have the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The quotation must be on official letterhead.
Bids submitted by the Selection Participants later than the specified deadlines shall not be accepted and will not be considered.

By submitting his offer, the Participant thereby agrees to all the conditions specified in the requirements of the Company.

Each selection participant can submit only one bid.

The validity period of the bid shall be at least 30 calendar days.

It is not allowed to make changes to the tender bids during the term of validity of the tender bid.
