TENDER BY REQUESTING QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF IT GOODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF REFERENCE

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: until April 20, 2026, 14:00 Bishkek time.

The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC invites You to take part in the Tender by requesting quotations for the supply of IT goods in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and obligations under the contract.

Documents must be sealed and submitted in PDF format. The authority of the signatory must be confirmed by the power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting commercial offers

 

 Participants of the Tender must apply for participation in Russian, Kyrgyz and English in accordance with the requirements of the Tender, attach the necessary copies of documents and send them electronically to the following email address:

IT2026@kumtor.kg until April 20, 2026. 14:00 Bishkek time.

Commercial offers received by other mail will not be considered.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Tender documentation.
The application for participation must contain the following documents: Commercial offer including:

• Delivery times

∙ Terms of delivery

∙ Payment terms

• Validity period of the Commercial offer (at least 30 calendar days)
Evaluation criteria: The offer that has the lowest cost, full compliance with the Terms of Reference and optimal delivery times will be recognized as having been selected.
Offer to send to the mail:

The Customer shall have the right to accept or reject any or all the offers, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The quotation must be on official letterhead.
Commercial offer submitted by the Selection Participants later than the specified deadlines shall not be accepted and will not be considered.

By submitting his offer, the Participant thereby agrees to all the conditions specified in the requirements of the Company.

Each selection participant can submit only one commercial offer.

The validity period of the commercial offer shall be at least 30 calendar days.

It is not allowed to amend the commercial offers during the term of validity of the offer.

If the Supplier submits a commercial offer for the first time and has not previously been accredited, then the participant must provide a certain package of documents specified at the link below in the section –
