DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 3:00 pm on June 15, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites your company to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of FOGLIGHT rock displacement early warning indicator devices or equivalent.

The lot is indivisible; the Terms of Reference are attached.

1 EARLY WARNING INDICATOR DEVICE, LENGTH 3 m – 40 pcs.

2 EARLY WARNING INDICATOR DEVICE, LENGTH 4 m – 40 pcs.

3 EARLY WARNING INDICATOR DEVICE, LENGTH 6 m – 40 pcs.

Format and procedure for submitting proposals:

Commercial Proposal shall be prepared on the company’s official letterhead, signed by an authorized person, stamped, and submitted in PDF format.

Please submit your Proposal in electronic form to: instrument@kumtor.kg no later than 3:00 pm on June 15, 2026.

Commercial Proposal shall include:

– Price

– Delivery deadlines

– Delivery terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please specify the maximum period).

– Date and reference number of the document.

Evaluation criteria: The winner shall be the Participant who offered the best balance of price/quality/delivery deadlines/delivery terms.

Commercial proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.
