REQUEST FOR AN AUDIT AND ASSESSMENT OF THE CONDITION OF THE KUMTOR MINE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 13:00 (Bishkek time) on February 25, 2026.

CJSC “Kumtor Gold Company” invites you to participate in a tender through a request for an audit and assessment of the condition of the Kumtor mine electrical system.

Submission Format The tender proposal and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the proposal and to assume contractual obligations. The documents must be stamped and submitted in PDF format. The signatory’s authority must be confirmed by a power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for Submission of Proposals Tender participants must submit their proposal in Russian, in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to the following email address:
Zhyldyzkan.Satybekova@kumtor.kg no later than 13:00 (Bishkek time) on February 25, 2026.

Proposals submitted after the deadline or to a different email address will not be considered.
The application for participation must include the following documents: A commercial proposal including:

∙ Service completion timeline

∙ Payment terms

∙ Validity period of the commercial proposal (at least 30 calendar days)
Evaluation Criteria: The proposal offering the lowest cost and the most optimal delivery timelines will be considered the winning bid.
Proposals must be submitted by email to Zhyldyzkan.satybekova@kumtor.kg no later than 13:00 (Bishkek time) on February 25, 2026.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the tender process at any time prior to the Contract award, without incurring any obligations toward the respective participants.
The commercial proposal must be prepared on the official letterhead.
Tender proposals submitted by participants after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting a proposal, the Participant thereby agrees to all terms stated in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one tender proposal.

The validity period of the tender proposal must be at least 30 calendar days.

No changes to tender proposals are permitted during their validity period.
In the case of an advance payment, the winning company must provide a bank guarantee for the advance payment in an amount not less than the value of the advance payment.

The bank guarantee must be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic. All expenses related to advising bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.

Requests for clarification of the tender conditions must be submitted no later than 3 calendar days before the final proposal submission deadline.
