CJSC “Kumtor Gold Company” (hereinafter referred to as “KGC”) invites you to participate in a request for quotations of 20 units of Toyota Land Cruiser79, 4.2 Double Cabin in accordance with the Technical Specification.

When preparing your commercial offer (CO), we kindly request you to include the following mandatory conditions:

  • Delivery timelines
  • Delivery terms
  • Payment terms
  • Validity period of the commercial offer (please specify the minimum period 30 days)

The deadline for submission of proposals is: 17:00 PM (according to Bishkek time), October 10, 2025.

Key requirements for the submission of commercial proposals:

  1. The commercial proposal must be signed by an authorized person and sealed.
  2. Documents must be submitted in PDF format.
  3. The signatory’s authority must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of documents confirming their authority.
  4. Commercial proposals submitted after the specified deadline, as well as incomplete proposals, will not be considered.

Documents that must also be submitted to the offer:

    1. Provide a contract for similar deliveries or a letter confirming which contractors previously carried out these deliveries.
    2. Fill out forms #1 and Vendor Form.

If you have any questions regarding this Invitation, please contact the responsible person to Aruuke.Abdulazisova@kumtor.kg for clarification no later than 3 business days before the deadline for submitting bids. Clarifications shall be sent to the supplier who made the request by email from which the request was received no later than three calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.

If necessary, the customer has the right to make changes to this Invitation by issuing additions at any time before the deadline for submission of tender applications, but in any case no later than 3 (three) working days.

The customer may postpone the final date for submission of bids to a later date if amendments are made to this Invitation, of which the customer shall inform by posting the relevant information on the customer’s official website https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/, where the announcement of this tender was posted.
