Kumtor allocates 2015 budget to Issyk-Kul region microcredit agencies

The Issyk-Kul region microcredit agencies – Jety Oguz, Ton Finnace, and Balykchy Finance received their 2015 funding from Kumtor Gold Company.
By the given program, all interested persons in receiving financial means residing in Jety-Oguz and Ton areas, and also Balykchy are granted an opportunity to develop agricultural business, cattle breeding, establish and support small to medium sized businesses.
Since 2006, the Company invested more than 4.5 million US dollars in the microcredit program, inclusive of 2015 financing.
Kumtor Gold Company provides jobs for over 4000 people.
99 percent of the Company full-time employees are Kyrgyz citizens, and this proportion is ever growing as the result of foreign managerial personnel being gradually replaced by national employees.
