REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) PROCEDURE FOR THE SUPPLY OF AN AIR COMPRESSOR, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED HERETO

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 20 April 2026, 13:00 Bishkek time.


CJSC Kumtor Gold Company hereby invites you to participate in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedure for the supply of an air compressor, as described in the documents attached hereto.

Submission Format

 

The Application for Participation and all other documents must be signed by a duly authorized person empowered to sign applications and contractual obligations on behalf of the bidder. All documents shall be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price table must additionally be provided in .xlsx format).
Submission Procedure

 

Participants shall submit their Application for Participation in Russian or English, in compliance with the requirements of this RFQ, attach the required supporting documents, and send them electronically to the following email address: kompressor-zapros2026@kumtor.kg (No recipients shall be included in copy (CC).) The submission deadline is 20 April 2026, 13:00 Bishkek time.

Applications sent with other recipients in copy (CC), as well as those submitted after 13:00 on 20 April 2026 (Bishkek time), will not be considered!

The list of goods to be procured is attached to this documentation.

  The Commercial Proposal (CP) must be valid for at least four (4) weeks from the date of submission and shall strictly include:

–          date and reference number;

–          prices;

–          delivery timeframes;

–          delivery terms DAP/DDP – Balykchy, 9 Naryn Highway;

–          validity period of the Commercial Proposal;

–          stamp and signature of an authorized representative of the bidder.

Required Scanned Copies of Incorporation Documents

 

1)  Charter (Articles of Association) — for legal entities;

2)  Certificate of state registration or re-registration;

3)  Tax registration certificate;

4)  Certificate from the tax authorities confirming the absence of tax and social fund arrears;

5)  Completed questionnaire (Appendix No. 2) and the Vendor Form (supplier details) in Excel format (Appendix No. 3);

6)  Documents confirming the signing authority on behalf of the organization (appointment order, power of attorney, etc.);

7)  At least two (2) similar contracts for the supply of comparable goods, executed within the last year, each with a value not less than the amount of the bidder’s proposal.

Evaluation Criteria

 

The successful bidder shall be the participant whose Commercial Proposal fully complies with the requirements of the RFQ and has the lowest evaluated price.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the RFQ process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the participants who submitted Commercial Proposals.
The Commercial Proposal must be submitted on the bidder’s official letterhead.
By submitting a proposal, the participant thereby confirms its full acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Amendments to Commercial Proposals during their validity period are not permitted.

In the event that an advance payment is requested, the supplier shall provide a bank guarantee covering the full amount of the advance payment.
