REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) FOR THE MODERNIZATION/DEVELOPMENT OF THE CORPORATE ERP SYSTEM

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: no later than 2:00 pm on September 22, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Modernization/Development of the Corporate ERP System.

Subject of the purchase Modernization/Development of the Corporate ERP System.
Terms of Reference: The Terms of Reference are provided in Appendix 1 and form an integral part of this Request for Quotations.
Submission format: Application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be provided in .xlsx format).

Signatory authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Bid Participants shall submit their applications in Russian in accordance with the Bidding requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to [email protected] no later than 2:00 pm on September 22, 2026.

Commercial Proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.

Bid Participants shall submit Commercial Proposal specifying the Bid price in accordance with the Terms of Reference provided by the Client.
Application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Completion period.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 30 calendar days, the maximum possible).
Requirements for goods, services and work to be delivered: According to the Terms of Reference provided by the Client.
Currency: 
Residents shall submit their Commercial Proposals in the national currency, without reference to any foreign currency exchange rate.

Non-residents may submit their Commercial Proposals in any currency.
Evaluation criteria: Preference will be given to the Participant who meets all the qualification requirements and conditions specified in the Terms of Reference and who has offered the most favorable terms.
Proposals with “CP for ERP System” in the subject line shall be sent to the email address [email protected] no later than 2:00 pm on September 22, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Bid Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its Proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Participant can submit only one Bid Proposal.

Validity period of the Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Bid Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the proposal.

Any requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
