MACK Operators and Dispatcher of Balykchi Marshalling Yard, KGC, Provided Aid to Balykchi Territorial Hospital

MACK operators and a dispatcher, who are all employees of the Balykchi Marshalling Yard, Kumtor Gold Company, have raised funds in aid of medical treatment given to patients severely hit by COVID-19. The charity involved 64 employees who have raised a total of 350,000 soms.
The money thus raised have been used to purchase medicines, antiseptic agents and personal protective equipment which have all been distributed to the Balykchi territorial city hospital. Also, an order has been paid for two oxygen concentrators which are expected to arrive in the region soon and will be immediately sent to the said hospital.
Kumtor Gold Company provides jobs for over 4000 people.
99 percent of the Company full-time employees are Kyrgyz citizens, and this proportion is ever growing as the result of foreign managerial personnel being gradually replaced by national employees.
