REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF INVENTORY AND MATERIAL ASSETS (PUMPING EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND INDUSTRIAL SPARE PARTS AND COMPONENTS)

CJSC Kumtor Gold Company invites you to participate in a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the supply of goods.

The list of goods to be procured is attached to this RFQ.

Lots are divisible.

Submission Format Commercial proposals and other documents must be signed by a duly authorized person authorized to sign the bid and contractual commitments. Documents must be stamped and submitted in PDF format. The pricing schedule must also be provided in .xlsx format. The signatory authority must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Submission Procedure Participants shall submit their commercial proposal in Russian or English, attach all required supporting documents, and send them electronically strictly to: [email protected] (no copies to other recipients) no later than 13:00 Bishkek time on 6 November 2026.
Bid Documents The commercial proposal shall remain valid for at least 4 weeks from the submission date and must include: date and reference number; prices; delivery lead time; delivery terms: DAP/DDP Balikchy, Naryn Highway 9 (for shipments over 300 kg); DAP/DDP Bishkek (for shipments under 300 kg); company stamp and signature of an authorized representative.

Evaluation Criteria The successful proposal will be the offer that meets the technical requirements, provides the lowest evaluated cost, and offers optimal delivery terms.

The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the procurement process at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to participating in bidders.

The commercial proposal must be submitted on the official company letterhead, addressed appropriately, and signed and stamped by the company.

Late proposals will not be accepted or considered. By submitting a proposal, the participant agrees to all terms and conditions specified in the Company requirements. Each participant may submit only one commercial proposal. The proposal validity period shall be at least 30 calendar days. Amendments to submitted commercial proposals are not permitted during the validity period.
