REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY OF CABLES AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF REFERENCE

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: no later than 5:00 pm (Bishkek time) on October 9, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the supply of cables and video surveillance equipment in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Submission format: Application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations. Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be provided in .xlsx format).
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 RFQ Participants shall:

1)            If the Supplier has not previously supplied goods to Kumtor Gold Company CJSC, it is required to undergo qualification and accreditation. Link to the documents: https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/informacziya-dlya-postavshhikov/.

2)            Submit their applications in accordance with the Bidding requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to: [email protected] no later than 5:00 pm (Bishkek time) on October 9, 2026.

Bid submissions will be accepted exclusively via the following email address: [email protected]. Submissions sent to any other email addresses, or with other email addresses included in the “To” or “CC” fields, will not be considered.
Application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal submitted for participation in the supplier selection process shall include the following documents:

· Goods Description.

· Technical Specification.

· Price inclusive of all taxes and delivery to the Buyer’s warehouses at the following addresses: 24/1 Ibraimov Street, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic; 9 Naryn Highway, Balykchy.

· Delivery deadlines.

· Payment terms.

· Validity of the Commercial Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days from the date of submission.
Evaluation criteria: The Winning Bidder will be the one whose Commercial Proposal complies with the technical description of the Goods specified in the Terms of Reference and offers the lowest price.
Type of lot: Divisible lot.

The Client shall reserve the right to award the Agreement to one or more Bid Participants for individual items, provided that the proposed Goods comply with the applicable technical requirements and the Bid Participant has offered the lowest price for the respective item.
Commercial Proposals shall be exclusively sent to:

Please note that Commercial Proposals submitted by residents of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be quoted in the national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic (KgS).
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on the company’s official letterhead, addressed to Kumtor Gold Company CJSC, signed by an authorized representative, and affixed with the company’s official seal.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Bid Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
Payment shall be made on a 100% post-payment basis, following delivery of the Goods to the Purchaser’s warehouse and submission of the complete set of required supporting documents.

If an advance payment is made for the supplied Goods, the Supplier shall provide a bank guarantee in the amount not less than the advance payment amount.

The bank guarantee shall be advised by a correspondent bank located in the Kyrgyz Republic. All expenses related to the advising of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.
