REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL MOTORS 0.4KV FOR 4000 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL (R29378)

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: no later than 10:00 am (by Bishkek time) 8th of October, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites interested parties to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of electrical motors 0.4kV for 4000 meters above sea level (R29378).

Submission format: The application for participation, commercial proposals and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be duplicated in .Excell format).

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications for participation in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to [email protected] no later than 10:00 am (by Bishkek time) 8th of October, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Request for Quotations.

Commercial Proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Lot and stock number.

∙ Technical specification and drawing for offered items

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please indicate the maximum period, but not less then 30 days).

Evaluation criteria: The proposal that meets the technical specifications, offers the lowest price, provides the most optimal delivery schedule, and offers the most favorable delivery terms will be deemed to have passed the selection process.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.

Residents of the Kyrgyz Republic must submit commercial proposals  in local soms.

Non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic must submit CPs in U.S. dollars or euros (for Russia, rubles are acceptable; for Kazakhstan, tenge are acceptable).
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.
If the company offering the most favorable terms has not previously worked with the KGC, or has worked with it but its accreditation has expired, the participant must complete the necessary forms (Form 1 and Form 2) and submit all incorporation documents and financial statements (covering at least two years) for verification prior to being entered into the registry or having its accreditation renewed.
