SUPPLIER SELECTION PROCESS FOR TIRE PROTECTION CHAINS AND VARIOUS OTHER TYPES OF CHAINS, CONDUCTED THROUGH A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) PROCEDURE

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: up to 12:00 P.M. on September 10, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in the supplier selection process for tire protection chains and various other types of chains, conducted through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedure.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and obligations under the contract.

Documents must be sealed and submitted in PDF format. (Duplicate the price table in .xlsx format).

The authority of the signatory must be confirmed by a power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals

 

 Participants must submit an application for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the requirements of the competition, attach the necessary copies of documents and send them electronically to the email address: [email protected]  up to 12:00 P.M. on September 10, 2026.

Commercial proposals received by other mail will not be considered.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this tender documentation.
The application for participation must contain the following documents: Commercial offer including:

• Delivery times

∙ Terms of delivery

∙ Payment terms

• Validity of the Commercial Offer (please specify the maximum period)
Evaluation criteria: The proposal that presented the lowest cost and optimal delivery time will be recognized as selected.
Send an offer with the subject: “spare parts” by e-mail [email protected]  until 12:00 P.M. on September 10, 2026.
The Customer shall have the right to accept or reject any or all of the offers, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The Commercial Offer must be on official letterhead.
Bids submitted by the Selection Participants later than the specified deadlines shall not be accepted and will not be considered.

By submitting his Offer, the Participant thereby agrees to all the conditions specified in the requirements of the Company.

Each selection participant can submit only one bid.

The validity period of the bid shall be at least 30 calendar days.

It is not allowed to make changes to the tender bids during the term of validity of the tender bid.
The selected participant is obliged to submit a declaration guaranteeing the contract performance bond before signing the contract.
In the case of an advance payment, the winning company is obliged to provide a bank guarantee for the payment of an advance payment in an amount not less than the amount of the advance payment.

A bank guarantee must be advised by a correspondent bank located in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

All costs related to the advice of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.
