REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF TOYOTA HIACE VEHICLES OR EQUIVALENT VEHICLES

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: by 10:00 a.m. on August 11, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in a request for quotations for the supply of Toyota HiAce vehicles or equivalent vehicles:

  • Lot 1 – Minibus – 1 unit (urban driving cycle);
  • Lot 2 – Minibus – 1 unit (high-altitude conditions – 4,000 m).
Submission format: The application for participation and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign the application and contractual commitments. The documents shall be signed and submitted in PDF format.
Proposal Submission Procedure

 

 Participants shall submit an application for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to HiAce2026@kumtor.kg by 10:00 a.m. on August 11, 2026.

The list of goods to be procured is attached to this tender documentation.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial proposal specifying:

∙ Delivery time

∙ Delivery terms

∙ Payment terms

∙ CP validity period (please specify the maximum period)
Evaluation criteria: The proposal offering the lowest price and optimal delivery time will be selected.
Proposals with the subject line “TOYOTA” shall be sent to HiAce2026@kumtor.kg by 10:00 a.m. on August 11, 2026.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any liability to the respective participants.
The commercial proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Commercial proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the participant confirms its agreement with all terms and conditions set out in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one commercial proposal.

The commercial proposal shall remain valid for at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to commercial proposals are permitted during the proposal validity period.

Before signing the Agreement, the successful participant shall provide a performance guarantee in the form of a declaration.
Requests for clarification of the selection terms shall be submitted no later than 3 calendar days before the final proposal submission deadline.
