Submission Format: The Bid Submission Form and all other documents must be signed by a person duly authorized to sign the bid and make contractual commitments on behalf of the bidder. Documents must be signed and submitted in PDF format (the price schedule must also be provided in .xlsx format).
Submission Procedure

 

 Participants shall submit their bid in Russian or English. Copies of all required supporting documents must be attached and sent electronically to explogeo4@kumtor.kg no later than 14:00 (Bishkek time, GMT+6) on August 14, 2026.

The list of goods to be procured is attached to this tender documentation.
Bid Submission Requirements The bid shall include a Commercial Proposal taking into consideration the following:

∙ Delivery lead time: shorter delivery times will receive preference during evaluation.

∙ Delivery terms:

– DAP Balykchy (for non-residents): 9 Naryn Highway, Balykchy, Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyz Republic.

– ExW (for non-residents): according to the supplier’s location specified in the commercial proposal.

– DDP Balykchy (for residents): 9 Naryn Highway, Balykchy, Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyz Republic.

∙ Payment terms- if an advance payment is requested, the successful bidder must provide a bank guarantee in an amount not less than the advance payment before receiving the advance payment. The bank guarantee must be confirmed through the SWIFT system by the Purchaser’s bank. The advance payment will be made only after receipt and confirmation of the bank guarantee.

∙ Validity of the Commercial Proposal: not less than 60 days.
Evaluation Criteria: The successful proposal will be the one offering the lowest price and optimal delivery lead times.
Proposals with the subject line: “participation in the Request for Quotations for the Supply of Spare Parts, Consumables, and Components for Drilling Equipment and Core Sampling Tools”

must be sent to explogeo4@kumtor.kg no later than 14:00 (Bishkek time, GMT+6) on August 14, 2026.

(Applications will only be accepted at the email address specified above. Proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.)
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the procurement process at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to the participants.
The Commercial Proposal must be submitted on the supplier’s official letterhead.
 Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting a proposal, the participant confirms acceptance of all conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one proposal.

The validity period of the proposal must be at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to the proposal will be permitted during the proposal validity period.
