SUPPLY OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS/TERMS OF REFERENCE

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 5:00 p.m. Bishkek time on 11 August 2026.

The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of computer equipment in accordance with the technical specifications/Terms of Reference.

List of Goods: Lot #1

• Computer equipment

The lot is divisible.
Submission Format: The tender application and all supporting documents must be signed by a person duly authorized to sign the application and enter contractual obligations. Signed documents must be submitted in PDF format. The pricing table must also be provided in .xlsx format.
Proposal Submission Procedure Participants in the tender process must:

1.      If the Supplier has not previously supplied goods to the “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC, it must complete the qualification and accreditation process. The required documents are available at: https://www.kumtor.kg/ru/informacziya-dlya-postavshhikov/

2.      Prepare the tender application in Russian in accordance with the tender requirements, attach copies of all required documents, and email the complete submission to: computer@kumtor.kg no later than 5:00 p.m. Bishkek time on 11 August 2026.

Tender proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.
The tender application must include the following documents: The commercial proposal submitted as part of the Supplier selection process must include:

·         Product name;

·         Technical description;

·         Price inclusive of all taxes and delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;

·         Delivery time;

·         Payment terms;

·         Validity period of the commercial proposal: at least 30 calendar days from the submission date.
Evaluation Criteria: The winning bid will be the proposal that submits a commercial offer compliant with the Goods technical specifications set out in the Terms of Reference and offers the lowest price.
Proposals must be emailed to:

computer@kumtor.kg by 5:00 p.m. Bishkek time on 11 August 2026.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the selection process at any time before contract award, without incurring any liability to the participants.
The commercial proposal must be prepared on the company’s official letterhead, addressed to the “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC, signed by an authorized person, and certified with the company seal.
Commercial proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

By submitting a proposal, the participant confirms its agreement with all terms set out in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant may submit only one commercial proposal.

The commercial proposal must remain valid for at least 30 calendar days.

No changes may be made to commercial proposals during the validity period of the tender proposal.
