Closed Joint Stock Company “Kumtor Gold Company” invites you to participate in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of goods.

The list of goods is attached to this RFQ.

Lots are divisible.

Submission Format: Commercial quotations and supporting documents must be signed by a duly authorized person empowered to sign bids and contractual obligations.

Documents must be stamped (if applicable) and submitted in PDF format (pricing tables must also be provided in .xlsx format).

The authority of the signatory must be confirmed by the power of attorney or certified copies of relevant documents.
Submission Procedure Participants shall submit commercial quotations in Russian or English, attach all required supporting documents, and send them to e-mail RFQ.Zapros@kumtor.kg (Don’t copy anyone!) no later than 13:00 (Bishkek time), June 29, 2026.
Bid Requirements The commercial quotation must remain valid for at least 4 weeks from the submission date and include:

– date and reference number
– prices
– delivery сроки (delivery timelines)

Delivery terms:
– DAP/DDP – Balykchy, 9 Naryn Highway (for goods over 300 kg);
– DAP/DDP – Bishkek (for goods under 300 kg);

– company stamp and authorized signature

Evaluation Criteria: The successful bidder will be the one whose offer meets the technical requirements, offers the lowest price, and ensures optimal delivery timelines.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to cancel the procurement process at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to participants.
The commercial quotation must be issued on official company letterhead, addressed accordingly, and signed and stamped.
Late submissions will not be accepted or considered.
By submitting a quotation, the Participant confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Each Participant may submit only one quotation.
The quotation validity period must be at least 30 calendar days.
No amendments to quotations are allowed during their validity period.
