REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF FILTERS FOR SCANIA ENGINES (GODWIN PUMPS)

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 1:00 pm (by Bishkek time) on June 24th, 2026.

CJSC «Kumtor Gold Company» hereby invites you to participate in the Request for Quotation for the supply of filters for Scania engines (Godwin pumps).

Submission format: The application for participation, commercial proposals and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format (the price spreadsheet shall also be duplicated in .xlsx format).

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications for participation in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to  Supply.Filters@kumtor.kg no later than 1:00 pm (by Bishkek time) on June 24th, 2026.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Request for Quotations.
The application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please indicate the maximum period).
Proposals subject line: R29234
Evaluation criteria: The proposal that complies with the technical requirements, offers the lowest price, and provides optimal delivery terms will be considered successful.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The commercial proposal must be issued on the company’s official letterhead, indicate the addressee, and be signed and stamped up by the company.
Lots are divisible.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.

Any requests for clarification of the selection terms shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
