SUPPLY OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND CONSUMABLES FOR DGY12, CIMC, AND A 150-TON HEAVY-DUTY LOW-BED TRAILER

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 12:00 on June 23, 2026.

The “Kumtor Gold Company” CJSC hereby invites interested parties to participate in a request-for-quotations tender for the supply of original spare parts, components, and consumables for DGY12, CIMC, and a 150-ton heavy-duty low-bed trailer.

Submission format:

 

 The application for participation and all supporting documents shall be signed by a duly authorized person entitled to sign the application and assume contractual obligations on behalf of the participant.

The documents shall bear the participant’s seal, where applicable, and be submitted in PDF format. The price schedule shall additionally be submitted in .xlsx format.

The authority of the signatory shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant authorizing documents.
Procedure for submission of proposals

 

 Tender participants shall apply for participation in Russian or English in accordance with the tender requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send the complete submission electronically to cimc_dgy_150@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 on June 23, 2026.

The list of Goods to be procured is attached to this tender documentation.
The application for participation shall include the following documents:

 

 Commercial proposal, including:

∙ Delivery schedule

∙ Delivery terms and conditions

∙ Payment terms

∙ Validity period of the commercial proposal (the maximum possible validity period shall be specified)
Evaluation Criteria:

 

 The proposal offering the lowest price and the most favorable delivery schedule shall be deemed successful in the selection process.
The proposal, with the subject line “parts”, shall be sent to cimc_dgy_150@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 on June 23, 2026.
The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the respective participants.
The commercial proposal shall be prepared on the participant’s official letterhead.
Tender proposals submitted by selection participants after the specified deadline shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, the Participant confirms its acceptance of all conditions set forth in the Company’s requirements.

Each selection participant may submit only one tender proposal.

The tender proposal shall remain valid for at least 30 calendar days.

No amendments to tender proposals shall be permitted during their validity period.
Prior to contract signing, the selected Participant shall provide a declaration guaranteeing due performance of the contract.
In the event of an advance payment, the successful bidder shall provide a bank guarantee for repayment of the advance payment in an amount not less than the amount of such advance payment.

The bank guarantee shall be advised through a correspondent bank located in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

All costs associated with the advising of bank guarantees shall be borne by the Supplier.

Requests for clarification of the selection terms shall be submitted no later than three calendar days before the final deadline for proposal submission.
