PREQUALIFICATION PROCESS FOR SUPPLIERS SPECIALIZING IN THE SUPPLY OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND CONSUMABLES FOR CATERPILLAR MINING EQUIPMENT

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 2:00 pm (Bishkek time) on May 15, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites interested parties to participate in the prequalification process for suppliers specializing in the supply of original spare parts, components, and consumables for Caterpillar mining equipment for Kumtor Gold Mine, operated by KGC.

Submission format: Application for participation in the prequalification process and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations. Documents shall be stamped and submitted in PDF format. Signatory authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Submission procedure: Participants shall submit their applications in Russian or English in accordance with the Bidding requirements, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to CATprequalification2026@kumtor.kg no later than 2:00 pm (Bishkek time) on May 15, 2026.
Application for participation shall include the following documents:
For residents of the Kyrgyz Republic: Letter confirming interest in participation.
Presentation about the Company.
Detailed information about the Company, including:

• relevant permits, dealership certificates, and licenses for the supply of original spare parts.

• reference list of completed projects involving the supply of original CAT spare parts over the past 3 years (with copies of supporting documents attached).

• recommendations and client feedback.
Scanned copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity or an electronic extract (certificate) from the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Scanned copy of the document defining the main business activity (Charter), as well as scanned copy of the resolution appointing the Director/Head authorized to sign official documents of the Company.
Scanned copies of the 2023-2025 original financial statements:

• Balance sheet.

• Profit and loss statement.

• Cash flow statement.

• Capital flow statement.

• Unified tax declaration.
Certificate of absence of arrears in tax payments and insurance contributions to state authorities, valid as of the date of the application submission.
·         Supporting document confirming that the proposed spare parts are CAT original spare parts.

·         Source/Origin of the spare part.

·         Warranty for spare parts and warranty periods.

·         Confirmation of replacement of spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the specified requirements.

·      Completed copy of the questionnaire (Form 1 attached to this List).

·         Completed form for opening and changing supplier details (Form 4 attached to this List).

·         Completed Forms 2 and 3.
One email (proposal) shall not exceed 25 MB.

If attachments exceed 25 MB, the Bid submission shall be divided into parts, with each email’s subject line indicating its sequence as follows:

1. “Prequalification process_CAT_2026” Part 1.

2. “Prequalification process_CAT_2026” Part 2, and so on.

·         Participant shall also submit any other documents that may be required to be completed or prepared in accordance with the Client’s requirements. Such documents may be requested either during the selection process or after its completion as part of cooperation with the winner.
For non-residents (participants from other countries): Letter confirming interest in participation.

Evaluation criteria: The Proposal will be considered successful if it fully complies with all qualification requirements and includes the complete package of requested documents.
Other requirements: *All documents shall be submitted with a translation into Russian or English.
Proposals with the subject line: “Prequalification process_CAT_2026” shall be sent to the email address CATprequalification2026@kumtor.kg no later than 2:00 pm (Bishkek time) on May 15, 2026. 
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Bid Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead.
Bid Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

No amendments to Bid Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the proposal.
A framework agreement for a 2-year period will be concluded with the successful Participant.
