DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 12:00 pm on April 30, 2026 (Bishkek time).

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (hereinafter referred to as KGC) invites your company to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of the following items: vegetable slicer ejector discs, band saw blades, storage water heater, push-button switches, heating elements (TENs), and intermediate relays.

 Submission format: the Commercial Proposal (hereinafter – the CP) shall be submitted in PDF format and signed by a person authorized to sign contractual obligations. In addition, the CP shall be submitted on the company’s official letterhead, signed and sealed.

Procedure for submitting proposals: Participants shall submit their Commercial Proposals in Russian or English and send them electronically to geomove@kumtor.kg no later than 12:00 pm on April 30, 2026 (Bishkek time).

The Commercial Proposal submitted for participation in the supplier selection process shall include the following documents:

  • Delivery deadlines.
  • Delivery terms.
  • Payment terms.
  • The validity of the Commercial Proposal shall be at least 20 calendar days from the date of submission.
  • Mandatory requirement: certificate of quality for the goods proposed shall be provided.

Delivery location:  24/1 Ibraimova str., Bishkek,Kyrgyzstan.

Criteria for evaluating Commercial Proposals: the winning proposal will be the one that meets the specifications, technical parameters/Terms of Reference (TOR), and has the lowest price.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the KGC requirements.

The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants who submitted Commercial Proposals.

Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal. No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the proposal selection period. All inquiries regarding this selection process shall be directed via email to: nurlan.semetov@kumtor.kg. Any requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the final submission deadline.
