DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: until 15:00 on April 17, 2026.

The “Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites Your company to participate in the request for quotation for the supply of HYTORC hydraulic wrenches or equivalent equipment.

A full description of each item, including part numbers and quantity, is provided in Appendix 1.

Format and procedure for submitting a proposal:

The commercial proposal must be drawn up on the Company’s letterhead, signed by an authorized person, sealed and submitted in PDF format.

Please send your proposal electronically to:
instrument@kumtor.kg until 15:00 on April 17, 2026.

A commercial proposal must contain:

– Price

– Delivery times

– Delivery Terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the commercial offer (specify the maximum period)

– Date and document outgoing number

Evaluation criteria: the winning bidder will be the participant offering the best combination of price, quality, delivery time, and delivery terms.

Commercial proposals submitted after the established deadline will not be accepted or reviewed.
