REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF 2 (TWO) UNITS OF DIESEL WELDING MACHINES

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 10:00 am on April 13, 2026. 

Kumtor Gold Company Closed Joint Stock Company invites you to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of 2 (two) units of Diesel Welding Machines in accordance with the Terms of Reference:

  • Lot 1 – Diesel Welding Machines.

Documentation and technical requirements are provided in the Terms of Reference.

Submission format: The application for participation, commercial proposals and other documents shall be signed by a person authorized to sign applications and contractual obligations.

Documents shall be sealed and submitted in PDF format.

The signatory’s authority shall be confirmed by the power of attorney or by certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submitting proposals:

 

 Participants shall submit their applications for participation in Russian or English, attach the required copies of documents, and send them electronically to weldingmachines.26@kumtor.kg no later than 10:00 am on April 13, 2026. Commercial Proposals sent to any other email address will not be considered.

When submitting your proposal, please do not copy Gulgiza.Masimova@kumtor.kg, as this is for questions and clarifications only.

The list of goods to be purchased is attached to this Request for Quotations.
Application for participation shall include the following documents: Commercial Proposal, including the following:

∙ Delivery deadlines.

∙ Delivery terms.

∙ Payment terms.

∙ Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please specify the maximum period).
Evaluation criteria: Proposal with the lowest cost and optimal delivery deadlines, complying with the technical specifications, will be considered successful.
Proposals with “M3739757” in the subject line shall be sent to the email address weldingmachines.26@kumtor.kg no later than 10:00 am on April 13, 2026.
The Client shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time prior to the award of the Agreement, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
Commercial Proposal shall be submitted on official letterhead and include a registration number, signature, and company seal.
Commercial Proposals submitted by Participants after the specified deadlines shall not be accepted or considered.

By submitting its proposal, Participant expressly agrees to all the terms and conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each Selection Participant can submit only one Commercial Proposal.

Validity period of Commercial Proposal shall be at least 60 calendar days.

No amendments to Commercial Proposals shall be permitted during the validity period of the Proposal.

Any requests for clarification of the selection conditions shall be submitted at least 3 calendar days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
