DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 15:00 on April 3, 2026.

The “Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites Your company to participate in the request for quotation for the supply of High-Pressure Washer and Belt Grinder.

Appendix 1: High-pressure washer – 8 units.

Appendix 2: Specification for the purchase of a belt grinder – 1 unit.

A full description of each item, including part numbers and quantity, is provided in the Appendix.

Format and procedure for submitting a proposal:

The commercial proposal must be drawn up on the Company’s letterhead, signed by an authorized person, sealed and submitted in PDF format.

Please send your proposal electronically to:

A commercial proposal must contain:

– Price

– Delivery times

– DAP Delivery Terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the commercial offer (specify the maximum period)

– Date and document outgoing number

Evaluation criteria: the winning bidder will be the participant offering the best combination of price, quality, delivery time, and delivery terms.

Commercial proposals submitted after the established deadline will not be accepted or reviewed.
