REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR LABORATORY NEEDS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: April 03, 2026, 17:00 Bishkek time.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites you to participate in a request for quotes for the supply of equipment and supplies for laboratory needs.

Submission format: The application for participation and other documents must be signed by the person authorized to sign the application and the obligations under the agreement.

Documents must be sealed and submitted in PDF format. The signatory’s authority must be confirmed by the power of attorney or certified copies of the relevant documents.
Procedure for submission of proposals Participants of the competition must submit an application for participation in Russian or in English in accordance with the requirements of the selection, attach the necessary copies of the documents, and send them electronically to the specified email address.

Bids received by another email address will not be considered.

The list of purchased goods is attached to this tender documentation.
The application for participation must contain the following documents: Commercial offer taking into account:

∙ Delivery time

∙ Delivery terms

∙ Payment terms

∙ Validity period of commercial proposal (not less than 30 calendar days)
Evaluation criteria: The selected offer will be the one that represents the lowest cost, full compliance with the terms of reference and optimal delivery time.
Proposals should be sent to the email:

The Customer has the right to accept or reject any or all offers, as well as to cancel the selection process at any time before the award of the Contract, without incurring any obligations to the relevant participants.
The commercial offer must be on official letterhead.
Bids submitted by the Participants of the bidding later than the specified dates will not be accepted and will not be considered.

By submitting their offer, the Participant thereby agrees to all the conditions specified in the Company’s requirements.

Each participant in the selection can submit only one competitive offer.

The validity period of the bid offer must be at least 30 calendar days.

It is not allowed to make changes to the bids during the validity period of the bid.

If the Supplier submits the commercial offer the first time and has not previously been accredited, the participant must provide a certain set of documents indicated by the link below in the section –
