DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: no later than 17:00 Bishkek time on March 19, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (hereinafter – KGC), legal and postal address: Bishkek, Ibraimov St. 24/1, TIN 01602199310079, hereby invites all interested participants to submit a tender application/proposal for the provision of the following services: “Selection of the Primary Carrier for Routes in the USA, Europe, and Canada”. The service provision period shall comply with the requirements of the Technical Specifications.

The procurement will be carried out using an unrestricted two‑envelope tender method for all potential participants who meet the requirements of the tender documentation.

Tender participants must submit their applications electronically by completing the required forms and sending them, along with all necessary documentation, to the following email address: logistics_march26@kumtor.kg, no later than 17:00 Bishkek time on March 19, 2026.

The tender application must be submitted in accordance with the tender conditions. A bid security is not required.

Your tender proposal must remain valid for 1 (one) year. For additional information or clarification of the tender documentation, participants should contact the procuring entity at kgc.logistics@kumtor.kg, no later than 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tender applications. The procuring entity shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
