REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF DeWalt ELECTRICAL TOOLS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 3:00 pm on March 5, 2026.

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC (KGC) invites your company to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of DeWalt electrical tools. 

Attachment: DeWalt tools – 9 items.
A full description of each item, including part numbers and quantities, is provided in the Attachment.

Format and procedure for submitting proposals:

Commercial Proposal shall be prepared on the company’s official letterhead, signed by an authorized person, stamped, and submitted in PDF format.

Please submit your Proposal electronically to the following email address:
instrument@kumtor.kg no later than 3:00 pm on March 5, 2026.

Commercial Proposal shall include:

– Price

– Delivery deadlines

– DAP delivery terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (please specify the maximum period).

– Date and reference number of the document.

Evaluation criteria: The winner shall be the Participant who offered the best balance of price/quality/delivery deadlines/delivery terms.

Commercial proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.
