REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SLINGS AND FIBERGLASS LADDERS

Kumtor Gold Company (KGC) invites your Company to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of slings and fiberglass ladders. 

Appendix 1 – slings, 11 positions

Appendix 2 – ladders, 4 positions

Full description of the items, quantities, are provided in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2.

Format and procedure for submitting proposals:

Commercial Proposal shall be prepared on the Company’s official letterhead, signed by an authorized person, stamped, and submitted in PDF format. Please submit your Proposal electronically to the following email address:
instrument@kumtor.kg by 15:00 pm on February 20, 2026.

Commercial Proposal shall include:

– Price

– Delivery deadlines

– Delivery terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the Proposal

– Date and reference number of the document.

Evaluation Criteria: The winning proposal will be the one that offers the best overall balance of price/quality/delivery deadlines and terms.
