REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF TOOLS AND INDUSTRIAL GOODS

Kumtor Gold Company (KGC) invites your Company to participate in a Request for Quotations for the supply of tools and industrial goods.

Full description of the items, quantities, item codes, as well as part numbers are provided in Appendix 1.

Format and procedure for submitting proposals:

Commercial Proposal shall be prepared on the Company’s official letterhead, signed by an authorized person, stamped, and submitted in PDF format. Please submit your Proposal electronically to the following email address: stalbek.asylbekov@kumtor.kg by 12:00 pm on February 16, 2026.

Commercial Proposal shall include:

– Price

– Delivery deadlines

– Delivery terms (Incoterms 2020)

– Payment terms

– Validity period of the Proposal

– Date and reference number of the document.

Evaluation Criteria: lowest cost and compliance with the specified technical requirements.
