ANNOUNCEMENT ON CONDUCTING A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS dated “06” February 2026

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 13:00, 11 February 2026, Bishkek time

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites suppliers to participate in the Request for Quotations procedure for the supply of materials in accordance with the lot schedule.

1. Subject of Procurement

Supply of materials divided into 6 (six) non‑divisible lots, totaling 11 positions.

Attention:
According to the procedure requirements, each lot is non‑divisible.
If the offer does not include even one position from the lot composition, such lot is considered incomplete and will be rejected.

A full description of positions, quantities, technical specifications, and item codes is provided in Appendix 1 (Specification).

2. Delivery Terms

• Delivery location:
  For Lots 1, 2, 5, 6 – DAP/DDP Kyrgyzstan, Balykchy, Naryn Highway 9.

For Lots 3, 4 – DAP/DDP Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Ibraimov Street 24

• Delivery time and payment terms:
  The participant must indicate these parameters in the quotation.

3. Procedure for Submitting Quotations

Quotations are accepted:

• until 13:00, 11 February 2026, Bishkek time
• by e‑mail: Erik.Jumabaev@kumtor.kg

The quotation must be submitted in PDF format, signed by an authorized representative, and must include:

• price per lot;
  • overall delivery time;
  • payment terms;

4. Evaluation Criterion

The main evaluation criterion is the lowest price, provided that all requirements of the documentation are fully met
